Longest Consecutive Losing Seasons

List of current and historical longest non winning seasons.  This means .500 seasons are included.  If you're a snowflake asking why is this type of story written, please just go to hell.  There are many issues in women's basketball.  One huge issue is that too many schools ONLY look at WBB as a way to satisfy Title IX requirements.  Why else would a school keep a head coach who can't produce a winning record in 11 straight years?  Or how a school can go through 7 head coach's hiring/changes and produce 26 straight years without a winning record?  Tell me how this helps WBB?

Please note:

Last updated: 3/26/2019- Added Fairleigh Dickinson (26 years) and updated all schools for the 2018-19 season.

Current after the 2018-19 season.

Earliest season is the 1981-82 season, when the NCAA took over control of WBB.

Schools get on the list when they have 5 consecutive losing seasons.

This is a work in progress.  Schools will be added as I get time to research records.
